Proximit, the company that publishes the Avizi software, is our customer relationship management solution provider and guarantees that user data is managed correctly and securely at all times. Avizi and avizer applications are hosted on servers located in France, data exchanges are encrypted by certifficat TLS/SSL, a protocol allowing the security of data flows between avizi and its ecosystem. Data is backed up daily on a dedicated secure storage space for 7 days and then outsourced and stored on the company’s own and encrypted infrastructures.

You can access your personal data at any time and we ask you for your explicit consent at each collection by email.
Your data will be kept for 3 years, in the event that no solicitation or interaction is carried out with you, they will be deleted or anonymized (for statistical purposes), we may also propose that you renew your registration as this deadline approaches to continue to benefit from Destination Drôme Provençale’s information.
